I wish I could be at this one, but alas, no passport at the moment to make the trip / pop over, so I’ll remain here in Manchester’s soot-streaked north while my work slips across borders on its own.

Premiere! New Arteuparte by Jot Down 31+3
Destruction and chaos. This is the theme at the heart of our 31+3 Arteuparte by Jot Down. With a cover by Manchester artist @harir3n and contributions from artists we admire (the muralists @reskatestudio, the illustrator Marc Martin, @iradierfernando, @luciabaskaran, and many more voices from the art world), we’re celebrating this new release like a true party – because launching a printed publication like this is always a real joy once it comes out of the press. Every issue is a new birth, behind which there’s an immense amount of work.
And in these days, where we’re all weighed down by a constant storm of violence, destruction, and chaos, we want to spark a conversation about the present, about the world in general, and about the cultural world in particular. This discussion is led by Lucía Baskaran and Fernando Iradier, who also contribute to this Arteuparte by Jot Down 31+3.
The issue will be available at Arteuparte Gallery, Paseo de Ubarburu 76, Donostia-San Sebastián, the only physical place in the Basque Country where you can get a copy. We’ll be waiting for you – come share a vermouth during the event, courtesy of Piripi, because yes, the timing is absolutely vermouth hour. See you there!

PREMIERE! NUEVA ARTEUPARTE BY JOT DOWN 31+ 3
Destrucción y caos. Esta es la temática que se plantea en nuestro 31 + 3 de Arteuparte by Jot Down. Con cubierta del artista de Manchester @harir3n y contenidos de gente que admiramos, (los muralistas @reskatestudio, el ilustrador Marc Martin, @iradierfernando y @luciabaskaran y mucha más gente del mundo del arte), celebramos este nuevo lanzamiento como una fiesta, porque lanzar en papel una publicación como esta es un verdadero jolgorio... una vez que sale de imprenta. Cada número es un nuevo nacimiento detrás del que hay muchísimo trabajo. Y en estos días en la que padecemos una constante carga tremenda de violencia, destrucción y caos, planteamos una conversación sobre actualidad, sobre el mundo en general y el mundo de la cultura en particular, dirigida por Lucía Baskaran y Fernando Iradier, que además han escrito en este Arteuparte by Jot Down 31 + 3.
El ejemplar estará disponible en Arteuparte Gallery, Paseo de Ubarburu 76, Donostia-San Sebastián, como único lugar físico en el País Vasco donde poder hacerte con una. Os esperamos, podréis tomaros un vermut durante el encuentro, de la mano de Piripi, que el horario es claramente horario de vermut. Nos vemos!
