Ey up, time for something spoopy... its that time of week again where I share some of my older work... Back in 2016 I were doing loads of pen and ink political stuff for screen prints, but that Halloween I fancied a break doing something elsee. Still kept same scratchy pen and ink look, just drifted off into something a bit darker...
I’d been messing about with my horror doll characters back then you may have seen before, and this came out around same sorta time... A grim little take on Alice in Wonderland (which anyone who knows me I was obsessed with on my music / art around then!)..
Alice done up in a safety-pinned crust/steampunk dress, White Rabbit lugging a Flavor Flav style big clock, the Mad Hatter looking like he’s just stumbled out of a punk squat, and that gloamy old Cheshire Cat watching from the back!
