Sootpunk Meets Skylines, On The Walls Of Yorkie Pudd’s Chapelgate Quarter

Bit of a cool one this…

Dani (youtuber yorkie_pudd) has only gone and stuck my artwork inside their Cities Skylines 2 world! They’ve built this trendy, bohemian quarter called Chapelgate, inspired by Manchester’s Northern Quarter and Nottingham's Hockley, and in the lore of their city the Brigantia Arts & Heritage Trust actually commissioned R3N to paint murals round the area. Saxton, the wider city, has a long history of public art and sculpture too, so it fits proper nicely.

Love seeing my soot-stained worlds drift into other people’s creations like this. Harrowden was always meant to sit halfway between the real north and a stranger one, and it’s mint seeing folk take that atmosphere and make new places with it.

Maybe some day soon my work will start slipping into the real world… or perhaps my own digital worlds…
